Dana Holding Corporation to have new name

Dana Holding Corporation announced today that, effective August 1, it will change the company name to Dana Incorporated.

Dana Holding Corporation recently inaugurated the company's 8,000 sq m technology centre in Pune. This facility is strategically equipped and located to offer world-class engineering capabilities to original equipment manufacturers in the light vehicle, commercial vehicle and off-highway markets in India and throughout the region.
